Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch in its original STORM presentation box, ensuring all protective films, warranty cards, and manual booklets are included.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
